The Challenge
Chubb is a leading US global property and casualty insurance firm. The European Insurance giant ACE Limited acquired Chubb with a view to keeping the Chubb name and relaunching it as a unified global brand.
The Solution
To ease partner and consumer concerns about the merger and introduce a new brand identity, the team developed a plan to launch a new experience for customers to access their products and services with ease. In addition, a customer-focused messaging strategy was developed for the day of the launch.
