The Challenge
The Approach
Comcast Business provides a range of telecom products and services to mid-market and large enterprise customers across the US. Although the business was increasing revenue year-over-year, their dot com experience was falling short on lead generation. Additionally, each line of business operated independently and created its own marketing experiences. The misalignments lead to inefficiencies and inconsistencies.
The team’s challenge was clear. Re-architect the experience and align the lines of business. Develop an ecosystem that would enable all lines of business to efficiently author their marketing content.
Design System
As part of the site re-architecture, I worked with the team to create a design system, critical for the enterprise to maintain the newly designed platform. The system is still very much in use today and is always evolving and scaling to meet the needs and challenges Comcast Business and its customers encounter.
Digital Brand Expression
Comcast had gone through a re-brand with their consumer product line Xfinity but had dropped the ball with their business brand identity. I took the lead to re-imagine the business’s brand and developed a set of guidelines that proved to be much needed and appreciated within the business.
